What's the employment structure?
W2 employee with full benefits. You get the security of employee status plus the earning potential of a top producer.
Is there a base salary?
We offer a 90-day ramp period with a non-recoverable draw so you can focus on getting up to speed. After ramp, you're on 100% commission with a bi-weekly advance and monthly commission payouts.
How often do I get paid?
Bi-weekly advances with monthly commission payouts. Consistent cash flow, no waiting.
Are leads provided?
Yes. We provide high-volume outbound leads so you can focus on closing, not cold prospecting. This isn't "bring your own book" recruiting.
What about licensing?
We sponsor and pay for all licensing fees. If you need to add states, we handle it.
What support do I get?
You'll have dedicated sales support to help you through the pipeline, plus a shared processing team once the loan moves to ops. Underwriting turnaround is 24-48 hours.
Is there a production minimum?
Yes, we have monthly expectations. This role is built for producers who want to close volume with provided leads, not for part-timers.
